How to measure
- Cut 5 small strips of clear tape. Press one strip across each nail, following the curve.
- Keep the tape centred and snug to the curve, then mark the left and right edges at the widest point.
- Peel off each strip and stick it onto a ruler. Measure between the marks in mm.
- Write your widths in this order: Thumb | Index | Middle | Ring | Pinky (one hand).
- Cut 5 small strips of clear tape. Press one strip across each nail, following the curve.

Application
- Prep: Lightly buff. Wipe nails with the alcohol pad.
- Fit: Choose a tab size for each nail. Press down and smooth out air bubbles. Warm 5–10 seconds.
- Apply: Align at the base, then press from base to tip. Hold 10–15 seconds.
- Set: Keep dry for 2 hours.
Removal
- Loosen: Gently lift an edge with the manicure stick.
- Soak: Warm water for 3–5 minutes.
- Remove: Slide off slowly. Do not force.
- Clean & store: Remove residue. Wipe press-ons with 75% alcohol. Dry fully and store away from heat and sunlight.
