Sizing & Fit
How do I choose my size?
Use our Find Your Fit guide and compare your measurements to the inner-curve widths (mm), Thumb to Pinky, shown in the size selection on each product page.
What if I’m between two sizes?
Choose the closest match where each listed width is equal to or up to 2 mm wider than your nail. If more than one size option works, choose the smallest overall difference.
Do different styles use different size options?
Yes—because each set is hand-finished. Always refer to the inner-curve widths shown in the size selection on the product page.
What if my first set doesn’t fit after opening?
You’re covered by Fit Assurance—reach out within 14 days and we’ll help with a one-time store credit.
What do the numbers in the size selection mean?
They’re inner-curve widths in mm, listed from Thumb to Pinky.
Do I need to measure both hands?
No—measure one hand and match Thumb to Pinky in the size selection on the product page.
Application & Removal
How do I apply MiuNails for best results?
Prep thoroughly, warm the adhesive tabs, then press each nail firmly for 10–15 seconds.
Are MiuNails reusable?
Yes—when they’re applied and removed gently.
How do I remove them safely?
Soak in warm water and ease them off slowly. Never pull.
How should I store them?
Keep them clean, dry, and in the original case—away from heat and direct sunlight.

Returns & Fit Assurance
Can I return if I change my mind?
Yes—unused sets with the hygiene seal intact may be returned within 14 days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
What is Fit Assurance?
If this is your first order and the fit isn’t right after opening, reach out within 14 days for a one-time store credit. No need to return the opened set.
