A2: If your measurement falls between sizes, pick the next largest set—up to 2mm—for a secure, comfortable fit every time.
Q3: Can I return my set if the fit isn’t perfect after trying them on?

A2: Returns are only accepted for unused sets with the tamper-evident seal fully intact and not displaying “VOID”. Please refer to our sizing guide before ordering.

Q4: What items cannot be returned or refunded—are there any exceptions?
A4: Items cannot be returned if they are used, altered, or if the tamper-evident seal is broken, tampered, or displays “VOID”. Sale items, custom sets, bundles, and gift cards are final sale.
