Order Processing

Most orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm CT (12:00 pm PT) will begin processing on the next business day.

During holidays or busy periods, processing may take a little longer. We’ll keep you informed about any delays.

Shipping Methods

  • Contiguous U.S. (48 states + DC)

    • Free Standard Shipping: Typically arrives in 4–7 business days.

    • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives in 2–4 business days.

  • Other U.S. Destinations (AK, HI, PR, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO)

    • Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it from our studio to your door.

Delivery Times

Shipping timelines are based on typical carrier estimates. Weather conditions, carrier issues, or seasonal volume may occasionally cause delays. If any unexpected issues arise, please contact us, and we’ll support you in tracking your package.
