4. Products & Services

  • MiuNail provides reusable press-on nails for personal use.
  • Resale, wholesale, or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.
  • No digital goods, subscriptions, or limited/pre-order items with special restrictions.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
  • Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna.
  • Promotional offers may carry their own terms.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 pm CT (12:00 pm PT) are processed the next business day. Processing and delivery may take longer during major holidays or promotional periods.

Shipping Methods:

  • Free Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Shipping Areas:

  • Contiguous U.S. (48 states + DC): Free Standard Shipping applies to all orders.
  • Other U.S. destinations (AK, HI, PR, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO): Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Carriers: Common carriers include USPS and UPS. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss transfers to the customer once items are handed to the carrier.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Opened or tried-on press-on nails are not eligible for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

8. Intellectual Property & User Content

  • All designs, images, and content are owned by MiuNail.
  • User-generated content (reviews, photos) may be used by us under a worldwide, royalty-free license.
  • Copying or mass-replicating our nail designs is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • MiuNail is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.

11. Third-Party Services

  • Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.
  • Third-party services (e.g., payment processors, carriers) are provided “as is,” without warranties.
