How to Measure

Step 1: Tape (one hand)

Cut 5 small strips of clear tape. Press one strip across each nail, following the curve.

Step 2: Mark the width

Keep the tape centred and snug to the curve, then mark the left and right edges at the widest point.

Step 3: Measure in mm

Peel off each strip and stick it onto a ruler. Measure between the marks in mm.

Step 4: Record in order

Write your widths in this order: Thumb | Index | Middle | Ring | Pinky (one hand).
