We want your MiuNail experience to feel easy from checkout to delivery. Here’s how we prepare and ship your order with care.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with the hygiene seal intact. All original packaging must be included.

For sanitation reasons, opened or worn sets, or those with tampered hygiene seals (including seals showing "VOID"), cannot be returned for cash refunds.

First Purchase Opening Assurance

If this is your first order and you’ve opened the set but the size isn’t suitable, please contact us within 14 days with a photo proving the size issue. Once verified, we’ll provide a one-time equivalent store credit so you can choose another set with confidence. No need to return the opened set.

How to Start a Return

Reach out through your account page or the contact page with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll share step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process.

Return Shipping

  • If you choose to return your item for a refund to your original payment method, a $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you choose to return your item for store credit, return shipping is free.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective.

Incorrect / Defective Items

If you received the wrong item or a defective item, contact us within 14 days with clear photos. We’ll work to resolve it and cover return shipping.

Refunds

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once your return is received.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Store Credit

Store credit is issued digitally and can be applied to any future purchase. Store credit is non-refundable and does not expire.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different style or size, you may place a new order after receiving your refund or store credit, if applicable.
